I just made this blog public a few hours ago. Damn. The influx of folks reading, posting and liking my FB is just amazing. I love you guys. It’s been a long road to get here. Not a difficult one, just long. I want to thank Kenneth Hargis and Corie Weaver for doing all the work involved in getting this blog designed and up. Thanks to my mom, Linda Shapiro, for pushing me to do this in the first place. Thanks to all my friends who kept bugging me about it. And thanks to my honey, Jennifer Ford for tasting everything I cook, even if she hates every ingredient in the damn dish. (And for not complaining about the punk blaring 24-7)
